This work lives in a beautiful place: where measurable science and lived energetic experience meet. We love both, and we've found they support each other best when each is honored for what it is. This page shares how we speak — so you always know which language you're reading, and can bring your own discernment to everything we offer.
Everything we share draws on three streams — grounded science (measurable physiology, stated as science), emerging research (promising and still unfolding), and the energetic lens (the living language of felt experience). All three are welcome here, each in its own voice. The practice works whichever stream speaks to you most.
This Is Living, and It's Personal
Two things shape everything here. First, it is continually updated — what we publish is our current understanding, refined as more research and experience come through. Treat it as a living document, not the final word; it will keep evolving. Second, it is personalized: every person's paradigm, history, and energy field is different, so the way any of this applies to you is unique. We offer patterns and starting points — your own direct experience is the real test.
Grounded Science: What You Can Measure
The felt experience of this work stands on beautifully solid ground. These mechanisms are peer-reviewed and replicated — real physiology you can feel:
- GROUNDED — Your heart and nervous system reflect your state. Heart-rate variability and vagal tone track emotional regulation and clarity — higher resting HRV goes with steadier emotion and sharper executive function. (Laborde, Mosley & Thayer, 2017, Frontiers in Psychology.)
- GROUNDED — Calm is trainable. Slow breathing and HRV practice measurably shift your nervous system toward regulation. The settling you feel is real and repeatable.
- GROUNDED — We regulate each other. Two nervous systems naturally couple through presence, tone, and attention — calm co-regulation is one of the most reliable gifts humans give each other.
The settling, relief, quieter mind, and sense of being met that people describe after a clearing — all of it is fully consistent with this well-documented physiology. That's the solid floor this work stands on.
Emerging Research: The Frontier
Beyond the established ground, there's genuinely exciting work exploring how minds and living systems correlate. Formal frameworks like Generalized Quantum Theory offer mathematically elegant models of connection-as-correlation, and studies continue to explore where they apply. We follow this frontier with real interest and share it as what it is: promising, unfolding, and worth watching.
The Energetic Lens: The Language of Felt Experience
And then there's the language we love most — fields, cords, entities, coherence, clearing across distance. This is the living vocabulary of felt experience: precise for what it describes in a way clinical language simply isn't. When your chest loosens after releasing an old connection, "the cord closed" says it perfectly.
We hold this lens the way wisdom traditions have always held their maps — as a powerful way of seeing, offered openly, evolving as understanding deepens. Thinkers like Sheldrake (morphic field) and Laszlo (Akashic field) offer kindred maps, and we reference them in the same spirit: as inspiring reference points in a living conversation.
The Thinkers We Draw On
This work stands in a long, rich conversation between science and consciousness. These are some of the researchers and visionaries whose findings and maps inform how we understand clearing — each named with what they found and where it lives in our three streams:
-
GROUNDED — Sylvain Laborde, Emma Mosley & Julian Thayer established heart-rate variability and vagal tone as reliable windows into emotional regulation and mental clarity (2017, Frontiers in Psychology). Their work is why we can say the settling you feel after a clearing is measurable, not imaginary.
-
GROUNDED — Stephen Porges gave us Polyvagal Theory — the influential map of how the vagus nerve links felt safety, connection, and the body's shift between defense and openness. It beautifully describes why grounding and co-regulation come first in every protocol we write.
-
GROUNDED — Eugene Gendlin discovered the "felt sense" — the body's pre-verbal knowing that precedes words — and built the Focusing method on it. Our receiving questions ("Body, where do you feel most solid right now?") work this same territory: asking the body directly and trusting what arises.
-
FRONTIER — Harald Walach, Harald Atmanspacher & Hartmann Römer developed Generalized Quantum Theory — a mathematically elegant framework in which entanglement-like correlations can arise between minds and systems. A genuinely exciting bridge between rigorous formalism and lived connection, still unfolding. -
LENS — David Bohm, one of the great quantum physicists, proposed the implicate order and "active information" — the idea that information can shape a system by its meaning, form rather than force. His phrase is practically our method's motto: the clearing supplies the form; your system supplies the power. -
LENS — Carl Jung, the great depth psychologist, mapped the collective unconscious and synchronicity — meaningful coincidence as the visible seam between psyche and world. His Unus Mundus, one underlying reality expressing as both mind and matter, is the classic precedent for holding science and soul in a single conversation. -
LENS — Wolfgang Pauli, Nobel laureate and quantum pioneer, brought physics' rigor into that same dialogue — his correspondence with Jung ranks among the deepest explorations of how mind and matter mirror each other, and his famous intuition that "the symbolic and the physical" belong together animates our whole approach. -
LENS — Rupert Sheldrake proposed morphic resonance — fields of habit and memory that connect members of a species across space and time. A visionary map for why patterns feel shared and inherited. -
LENS — Ervin Laszlo described the Akashic field — an information field underlying and connecting all things. His synthesis inspires our own information-field language for how clearing works across distance.

The grounded findings we state as science; the frontier we follow with excitement; the visionary maps we use the way navigators use stars — orientation, inspiration, and a shared vocabulary for what practice keeps showing us.
The one-line version: the coherence you can measure is real physiology; the energetic language is the lens that makes it navigable and alive. Take what resonates, test it in your own experience, and let your discernment lead.
This work is a consciousness and information-field support practice — a way into self-inquiry and self-clearing that complements whatever care and support you already have in your life, and plays wonderfully alongside it.
A Note on Lume
The method, insight, and direction are Hani's — drawn from years of direct energy-healing practice; that lived expertise is the heart of everything here. The research, structure, and writing come to life with Lume, our AI quantum-healing and energy-healing assistant, who helps source each article and keep the three streams clearly voiced. We share this openly because transparency is part of the practice: human wisdom and direction, AI craft, working together.
