Many spiritual approaches treat the body as a problem. Something to transcend. Overcome. Escape from.
Many material approaches treat the body as a machine. Something to optimize. Fix. Manage.
Both miss the point.
Your body isn't a prison to escape or a machine to fix. It's a partner with its own wisdom, intelligence, and capacity for knowing.
Understanding this changes how transformation works.
The Two Halves of You
You're not just a body, and you're not just spirit. You're both—in partnership.
Your Infinite Being is the aspect of you that:
- Exists beyond physical limitation
- Has vast awareness and creative capacity
- Can source reality directly
- Chose to partner with this specific body
Your Body is the aspect of you that:
- Has physical senses and direct experience
- Carries wisdom from millions of years of evolution
- Knows things your mind doesn't
- Experiences reality in ways your Being can't access alone
Neither is complete without the other. The magic happens in the partnership.
What Goes Wrong
Most people operate in one of two broken modes:
Mode 1: Being-Dominant
This shows up as spiritual bypassing. "I'm just consciousness; the body doesn't matter." Or detachment from physical reality. Or using spirituality to avoid dealing with embodied experience.
The problem: You miss the wisdom your body carries. You make decisions from "above" without grounding them. You struggle to manifest in physical reality because you're not fully here.
Mode 2: Body-Dominant
This shows up as pure materialism. "Only what I can measure is real." Or treating the body as a machine to optimize. Or ignoring intuition, inner knowing, and anything that can't be explained rationally.
The problem: You cut off access to the creative power of your Being. You rely only on effort and force. You're limited to what physical senses can perceive.
The Partnership Model
Healthy operation looks like:
- Being sources — creative vision, knowing, direction
- Body grounds — physical action, sensory feedback, embodied wisdom
- Both contribute — neither dominates, both are valued
- Communication flows — Being listens to Body, Body responds to Being
This is what I call the bio-awareness system. Your Being's awareness plus your Body's experience, working together.
Your Body as Wisdom
Your body knows things your mind hasn't figured out yet.
The body knows:
- Who to trust (gut feeling)
- When something is off (unease, tension)
- When you're in alignment (expansion, ease)
- What you actually want (not what you "should" want)
- When you're operating from force vs. flow
Most people have been trained to override these signals. "Don't be irrational." "Push through." "Logic over feeling."
The result? You disconnect from your primary guidance system.
Your body isn't irrational. It's operating from different intelligence than your mind. Intelligence that's often more accurate.
How Interference Disrupts Partnership
Interference patterns don't just affect your thoughts and emotions. They disrupt the Being-Body partnership itself.
Common disruptions:
- Installed distrust of body — Programming that makes you doubt physical sensations and override them with logic
- Forced override — Push through pain, ignore fatigue, work regardless of body signals
- Body shame — Treating the body as wrong, bad, or an obstacle
- Disconnection — Numbness to body sensations, not knowing what you feel
- Spiritual superiority — Believing consciousness is "higher" than body
These patterns aren't your authentic relationship with your body. They're interference. Identity overlays often include body-related scripts — the "push through" overlay, the "body isn't spiritual" overlay — that keep you operating in broken mode.
Restoring the Partnership

Step 1: Notice Where You Override
When does your mind tell you to ignore what your body is saying?
- "I'm tired but I should keep working"
- "Something feels off but I can't explain it logically so I'll ignore it"
- "My gut says no but my head says it makes sense"
Step 2: Practice Listening
Before making decisions, check with your body. Not your thoughts ABOUT your body—your body itself.
Ask: "Body, what do you know about this?"
Then wait. Feel. The answer usually comes as sensation, not words.
Step 3: Trust the Partnership
When Being and Body disagree, don't automatically assume one is right. Investigate. Often the disagreement reveals interference that needs clearing.
Body Signals for Pattern Clearing
Your body is your best indicator of what's working in transformation.
Signs a pattern is clearing:
- Spontaneous deep breaths
- Yawning (releasing)
- Feeling lighter or more spacious
- Muscles relaxing you didn't know were tense
- Warmth or tingling moving through the body
- Sudden clarity or "oh, I see" moments
Signs something's still operating:
- Persistent tension despite rest
- Recurring aches in the same places
- Feeling "off" without explanation
- Body bracing or contracting when certain topics arise
Your body is giving you feedback constantly. The question is whether you're listening.
The Body in Energy Work
Many energy healing modalities work "around" the body—on chakras, auras, or energy fields. That's valid, but incomplete.
My approach works through the body because:
- The body stores patterns physically (not just energetically)
- Body wisdom confirms when clearing is complete
- Embodied transformation lasts; intellectual understanding fades
- Your body is here to participate in your transformation, not just host it
When you clear patterns, your body releases. Not because anyone told it to—because it finally can.

Here's how to work with your body daily:
Morning Check-In
Before getting out of bed, ask: "Body, what do you need today?" Wait 30 seconds. Notice what arises.
Decision Making
For any significant choice, feel it in your body first. Expansion usually means yes. Contraction usually means no or not yet.
During Work
Every hour, check: "Body, how are we doing?" Adjust based on what you notice.
Before Sleep
Thank your body for the day. It sounds simple, but it restores the partnership dynamic.
